Alpha 2100 upgrade question

Dear Managers,

We have an old Alpha 2100 cluster with 3 250MHz cpus each. We were
trying to run Oracle 8.1.7 on it and Oracle complains that it needs to
be running on Alpha Chip EV 5.6 ot higher. We believe the 2100
currently has EV5 chips.

Is it possible to upgrade this machine to EV5.6 or higher.... what do we
have to do?
