Tru64 Newbie needs help with tape devices

Hello,

        We have a MSL5000 tape device that is accessed via fibre. If I do a hwmgr
view devices I see:

64: /dev/changer/mc0 MSL5000 Series bus-0-targ-0-lun-0

I'm assuming that this is the tape device. How do I access it to restore
files from a tape?
(There is no documentation anywhere around here on accessing it from Tru64).
