tru64 5.1.A SCSI Adapter 3X-KZPCA-AA panics kernel

Hi,

i installed a 3x-KZPCA-AA Ultra-2 Wide LVD SCSI Adapter in a ES40 running
Tru64 5.1.A and
Trucluster. (SRM 6.1)

In SRM all looked ok, but booting ended with a core dump (kernel panic).

Where can i find online documentation for the 3x-KZPCA-AA?

It seems that the card is widly used and i didn't found any similar error
reports at google.

Should i replace the card with a new one?
