removed all /dev/disk entries - panic!

Hi all,

I just screwed up...

machine: DS10 running 5.1A, 3 internal disks, floppy, CD.

I wanted to delete unneeded /dev/disk entries, since the
machine has been removed from the SAN. I mistyped and
deleted everything in /dev/disk/

The machine is still running. Can I recreate the device
files for the three internal disks?
