DS20 crashes + boot problems

Hi,

I've a DS20 (Tru64 5.1) which crashes from time to time (2 times this week :( ) and which has problems to boot:

P00>>>b
(boot dka100.1.0.7.1 -flags a)
failed to open dka100.1.0.7.1

Then I boot with a Tru64 CD, quit the installation process and I can see the
disks, read disklabels etc... No problem! After booting on the CD, the DS20
starts from its boot disk!?

Any advice?
