Hardware Upgrade for DS20E

Managers, we are in the process of doing budgets for our coming year. As
part of what we are proposing is an upgrade to an existing DS20E server.
We need to add 2 processors and and additonal 2 gig of RAM. I am looking
for vendor recommenadtions. Thoughts and suggestions apopreciated. Thus
far searches on the net and Compaq's site have provided nothing.

In additon I am guessing we'll need to make changes to the OS (Tru64, of
course) to support the additional processors.
