In V5.1 and later, it's in the Extended System V subsets which are on
the AP CD volume 2 ... and it's
just licensed with the system. In V4.0G and earlier, it's part of a
separately licensed product kit, and if you get it for that release,
you are engaging in software piracy -- don't go there. If you are on
the current versions, just load the Extended System V stuff and you
are in business.
