SUMMARY[2]: CLOSE_WAIT states

As an add-on to the previous summary: I just talked to people from Compaq
Support. They told me first I should install latest patchkit and latest
firmware. If the problem reappears, I have two choises:

1. wait for the next patchkit which should be available someday in summer
- the requested patch will be included

2. escalate the problem through our standard sw support which should take
at least 4-6 weeks (or more)

I wonder if somebody of the more lucky admins has the patch unattended on
his webpage for download .... probably not, because this is not legal, I
think ....

With best regards,

  David Komanek
