truss problems!!!

I am running TruCluster 5.1 and finally got replacement CD's. I can see
an entry for the truss binary in

/cdrom/cdrom0/Extended_System_V/kit/instctrl/ESVFBIN200.inv

ESVFBIN200.inv:0 313296 28022 3 4 100755 3/28/01
510 f ./usr/opt/svr4/usr/bin/truss none ESVFBIN200
ESVFMAN200.inv:0 14313 19150 59000 15 100644 3/22/00

But how do I go about installing it? I am at a point where if someone
could just shoot me their binary I would be forever gratefull!
