Hi managers,
System setup:
2 node cluster (TruCluster 5.1) with 2 members (ES40 Tru64 5.1A, PK1)
accessing a ESA12000 SAN via pair of HSG80s (fibre).
I'm trying to establish a FTAM over X.25 connection to a remote site using
a 'RouteAbout Access EW'.
Installed X.25 and DECnet software, configs were successful.
Ensured all required sets were loaded:
DNANETMAN, WDABASE, WDADATALNKS, CTABASE, ZZAUTIL
But as soon as the X.25 techician enables LLC2 protocol on the RouteAbout
the ES40 crashes with a 'panic (cpu 1): kernel memory fault'
Compaq Support suggested and I loaded the following patchkits for DECnet:
DNA50B-1 and WANOSF-V32-1.
But still the same symptoms.
Talked to a few other users of the RouteAbout equipment and they all
had major problems configuring it.
I'm in a corner here. Any suggestions welcome. Even from HP:-)
