Since rebooting one of our routers this morning, we have been getting
the following error messages in daemon.log. They repeat every 30
seconds for each entry. .254 is the backup router. The router was
rebooted to install a firmware upgrade.

149.106.160.1
May 7 16:41:45 xxxx routed[195]: packet from unknown router,
149.106.160.254
May 7 16:42:07 xxxx routed[195]: packet from unknown router,
149.106.160.1
May 7 16:42:15 xxxx routed[195]: packet from unknown router,
149.106.160.254
This is happening on both our AlphaServer 4100 and a Personal
Workstation 600au. Both run 4.0D. xxxx is the node name.
