UPDATE: DRAC setup for Tru64 (now sendmail prb..)

Hi,
I had no takers first time, seems no one is
implementing pop-before-smtp. So i gave up Drac for
the moment. What solutions do others use for roaming
users, doing pop email check, and need to send out
using same server, without allowing relaying to the
world?

OK. I have gone as far as getting a hash dbase
created, for roaming users. There is a script
monitoring mail.log, and when a user is authenticated,
thru pop, it captures the user ip address, logs it to
a file, and makemap is called. It creates a hash dbase
of the authorized hosts.
So now I have both access.db and so-called popcheck.db
in the same dir.
How can i tell sendmail (8.9.3) to look into
popcheck.db for more authorized hosts than access.db?

Any other means of achieving the goal are welcomed.

_Thanks

Richard
