SUMMARY: NFS over TCP?

Thanks to all the folks who responded on this:
Alan Davis,
James Sainsbury,
Cian O'Sullivan,
Dr. Thomas.Blinn,
Oisin McGuinness, and
Tom Webster

In summary:
4.0D should do NFS over TCP, 4.0F would be better, and 4.0G is recommended.

Several folks also pointed out that I would need the "-t 8" option for starting /usr/sbin/nsfd, and on the client side "-o tcp" should be added to the mount.

Additionally, Oisin McGuinness provided the following pointers for finding the information I was looking for:
"Features such as this are described in a) the SPD (Software Product Descriptions),
b) the 4.0 technical summaries (in the manuals), b) the man pages for nfs and nfsd."

While everyone pointed out that TruCluster has nothing to do with this - all my own missunderstanding - and Dr. Blinn surmized:
"NFS over TCP (vs UDP) has nothing
to do with TruCluster and everything to do with the up to date NFS
code base in the later releases."

Thanks again to everyone!
