None of the replies hit the nail, but all of them helped me to check
over everything, from /etc/bootparams to boot directory, netmask etc..
After I changed every hostname to ip address in /etc/bootparams file,
the jumpstart started to work. I don't know why, the hostname used to
work in /etc/bootparams from other clients.
