I have to manually advance the clock on one of my server and intend to use
the date -a command but cannot find how long it will take to advance by 360
seconds.
As there are ingres jobs in the cron I do not want them to run into each
other if 1 hour on the system becomes 30 actual minutes. I believe that it
works slowly but the man page does not indicate how slowly.
