Hi All
Im having problems booting my SparcStation 20 (ROM ver 2.15) off a Fujitsu
MAB3091SC harddisk (with a Compaq Firmware). If I try to specify the
partition layout, the installation proceedes & completes, then up on reboot
Im presented with Bootblk: Can't find the boot program.
The system will not boot if i the Installation has been done from the
Software CD 1/2 either, the only way I can get my sparc to start up
sucessfully is by booting off the Install CD & letting the setup program
Auto-Layout the partitions of my disc. I have tried reseting the OBP
settings & reinstalling Solaris 8 but have had no success.
if I specify boot disc3:# (# = partition number) i get kernel panics?!?!
