Problem with metaset in a cluster

Hi Gurus,

got a little problem here, and can't figure out what's going wrong.

I have two E420, running as a SUN Cluster 3.0 with (hopefully) latest
patches installed. I'm using two D1000s connected to both E420 as Cluster
Storage (usual configuration) and SDS as the volume manager.
Okay, now the problem:

I just plugged a new disk in one of the D1000's, did a "devfsadm" and a
"scdidadm -r" on both nodes.
The new disk shows up correctly in the DiD-list as d11, when I issue a
scdidadm -L. Also, I can see it in the table of the format-command, and it
seems to be possible to do a newfs on the rdsk /dev/rdsk/c1...-device (Did
not really try this, 'cause it's a DiD).
But, a metaset -s mmsc_dg /dev/did/dsk/d11 fails with "metaset <hostname>:
No such device or adress". The same error occurs with a "newfs
/dev/did/rdsk/d11s0".
Searched sunsolve and docs.sun.com, but without success. I also tried a
scdidadm -c, it gives no output. So, everything seems to be okay.
Although, it doesn't work...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

keep on hackin',

Harald
