Part of the benefit of this list is reading the summary postings and learning
from them. Unfortunately, a large # of summary postings are simply thank you
notes w/maybe a vague reference to the solution. While sending a thank you
note is nice (we all
like to feel appreciated), a detailed solution would be nice too (makes the
sunmanagers archive that much more valuable too).

A recent summary thanked the individuals who helped with a note of "thanks for
pointing me to <the configuration file>". Sometimes a vague reference is all
it takes to figure out a solution but by including email (or excerpts), it may
prevent others from
having to reinvent the wheel.

If that came off as a flame, I apologize ...
