As per your suggestion
I have checked it's status using snoop but as such no
packets loss.
also I have connected the other cable which is working fine on
another ultra machine and no such ftp problem.
But again it is giving the same ftp uploading problem (very slow)
with this ultra 10 machine
I have checked it's status using netstat command
it's showing no collisions giving status 0
and in /etc/system
following are the settings
