Ultra10 - Won't boot, no power LED

I have a Sun Ultra10 with 2GB HD's, 512MB RAM, integrated video and NIC
running Solaris 2.8, and a 400MHz SunPCI card running NT4. Within the
last 3 days the machine would restart for no apparent reason (although I
have to admit there was low disk space). Now the machine doesn't start
at all(doesn't boot) and the power LED on the front of the chassis does
not turn on/green. The machine "sounds" like it's running fine but
nothing happens.

At first I thought there could be problems with power management so I
disabled this(when the machine DID boot). Sometimes the screen would go
black and I wouldn't be able to do anything. Sometimes the SunPCI
windows would stay "active" and the background (anything on the Solaris
side) would go blank/black.

Next I thought it could be a flaky power supply but when booting the CPU
and PS fan starts, I can hear each HD, and the keyboard & CD-ROM LED's
blink. I also disconnected all the power to the peripherals - same
deal. I also removed the SunPCI card - same problem. There haven't
been any power outages and I have the system on a good surge protector.

The Sun Admin site states it could be a bad power supply or hardware
component. I have a spare Ultra5 that I can swap power supplies and
memory but besides that I'm not sure what I can do or where to begin to
fix this (especially with integrated components such as video and the
NIC.

I also tried the stop-D shenanigans - nothing.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

Brett
