Hi Managers,
I got a Question concerning SDS Disksets
Here are the Facts.:
I got a T3 Storage in Partnergroup. The Vols are forming 2 Disksets in a
Cluster.
Now we want to build an new Cluster based on new Nodes additional T3s
and with Brocade SAN-Switches. If everything is tested the volumes on the
old T3s should be integrated in the new environment.
Now my worries.
1. SDS writes a new vtoc if a Disk is implemented in a Diskset
2. It should be possible to rebuild the old metadevices from the association
within
the existing md.tab
3. If the association to the metadevs works fine I would like to build the
mirrors without resync
Got any Ideas hints experience
