Solaris 8 NTP, good enough?

Hi,

Thought about download NTP 4.1.1 and deploy on some systems hosted at a
remote location. Is the Solaris 8 NTP good enough to save me some time?
All these systems will act as a client and query the NTP server provided by
the hosting company. Not good enough to judge this "all client" configure.
Is there any potential problems you experienced before?
