RSM array trouble

Hi,

can anybody help. I have an E6000 with RSM 2000 array controller and 2 disk
trays.

I am upgrading the firmware on the raid controllers and each tme, the machine
refuses to reboot. Boot -rvs doesn't help either.

It seems that if I boot from cdrom and then shutdown and boot -rvs things seem
to work. WHY???????

Also, on one disk tray, one disk keeps flashing green. Does this mean
anything?
