I'm having some problems setting up a shared diskset configuration with
DiskSuite 4.2.1 on Solaris 8 (with the latest patches). They are on
identical StorEdge A5200 arrays, and are cabled "identically".
The configuration is two Ultra Enterprise 220R's in identical configuration,
as follows:
* 2 x 450MHz CPUs
* 1024MB memory
* 2 x X6729A (fibrechannel HBA); both '99 revisions,
installed in the same physical PCI slot configuration
They are cabled like:

I got the disk devices (under the 'sd' driver) on the '99 revision of the
HBA to show up by adding additional target entries into /kernel/drv/sd.conf.
There are plenty of entries, and all of the disks (AFAIK) show up under
format(1M):
db1# tail -1 /kernel/drv/sd.conf
name="sd" class="scsi" target=128 lun=0;
Now the problem is that the disks don't show up identically. On the db1
machine on the "second" array (c2tX), the devices start out at c2t1 and go
up to c2t11 until it reaches to c2t16, rather than starting out at c2t0 ->
c2t10 -> c2t16 on db0.
Is there any way to correct / change this behavior so that the disks all
show up identically on both machines?
