Hi all,
We have a situation where if we start an app such as the text editor or the
mail tool from the CDE menu, then if we have capslock on or we use
shift-<letter> we get uppercase characters as expected, however if capslock
is on and we use shift-<letter> we still get uppercase characters and not
lowercase as expected. Is there a setting somewhere that I don't know about
or a patch or is this just the way it is?
