Jumpstart problems

I'm having some trouble with jumpstart.

I got as far that the client downloads the inetboot file from the tftp
server.
Then I get the following displayed:
2ae00 panic - boot: Could not mount filesystem.
Program Terminated

On the server I do a snoop and this is the output I get:

testsun -> jumpstart BPARAM C GETFILE root
     testsun -> jumpstart BPARAM C GETFILE root (retransmit)
     testsun -> jumpstart BPARAM C GETFILE root (retransmit)
     testsun -> BROADCAST BPARAM C GETFILE root
   jumpstart -> testsun RPC R (#586) XID=26 Program unavailable
     testsun -> BROADCAST BPARAM C GETFILE root (retransmit)
   jumpstart -> testsun RPC R (#586) XID=26 Program unavailable
     testsun -> BROADCAST BPARAM C GETFILE root (retransmit)
   jumpstart -> testsun RPC R (#586) XID=26 Program unavailable

Can somebody please try and shed some light on this.
