Dear list,
I am a lot stuck trying to get an x server running on my netrax1, as you
might know it comes with no vga card and I cannot install some programs
which require to run a installer.
I got a link from a friend for the xVNC from virtual network computing
(http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/xvnc.html). Their documentation is not
very thorough I keep getting the error when I try to run the vncserver
script.
"vncserver: couldn't find "xauth" on your PATH."
I suspect that I must have some Solaris packages, because there was no
screen detected during my install, it didn't install any packages related to
X.
Does any of you have any steps I can follow to get a free x win application
working on my solaris 8 netra, or what I can do to make the xvnc work.
