Reverse TCP Ports

Hi,
I need to do RSHELL conections from one Solaris Server to others Sun machines.
Rshell runs on port 514/TCP.
But the response tcp port is a random value tipicaly 1010 ~ 1023 TCP.
Is it possible to fix that TCP ports to for using always a same TCP port (for example 1023) for responses ?
