Difference between /bin/false and /bin/noshell in /etrc/passwd

Hello Fellow Admins,

A curious question. I am performing a user audit accross a large platform
during which I have noticed that some accounts have been locked out using
/bin/false and some using /bin/noshell.

My question is this. Whats the difference, if any and which such I
standardize on ?
