Is it possible to have a shell script that the user runs mount their local
floppy drive? The mount command that I'm running in a test script is:
/usr/sbin/mount -F pcfs /dev/diskette0 /home/$LOGNAME/diskette
The script is owned by root. The permissions on the file are: 4755
The script works when I'm logged in as root, but I get a permission denied
when I'm not root.
Currently, my users receive diskettes from the public, that they need to
convert the document to pdf format and copy it to the network. I'm trying to
automate the process.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
John
