SUNRAY client not starting

Hi,

I have SUNRAY cleint and SUNRAY client & Client is not starting
it gives the Hour glass symbol with 3 dash under it and finaly
a "Lizard Symbol" .it is not proceeding further.

I have not worked on this till now.Any one can give a quick
response.I have already checked up for RJ45 connection
and it is OK.
