How do I setup a defaultrouter with Solaris 9 ?
I can't use /etc/defaultrouter because this machine should act es a router
and using /etc/defaultrouter would disable the IP-routing.
With solaris 8 I inserted
net 0.0.0.0 gateway 192.168.1.1 metric 1 passive
in /etc/gateways
but such a entry is in Solaris9 not longer allowed.
at the moment i added
route add default 192.168.1.1 in /etc/init/inetinit
but this should only be a hack until I find the correct solution.
