Quickie for you guys out there.
What is the maximum log name size in characters that NIS supports.
I am setting up a NIS/LDAP gateway, and require that some users have longer
than 8 characters. Some how my NIS client will not authenticate lognames
larger than 8 characters.
Any ideas.
