nfs locking on simple "ls" "find"

Hi guys, here is a description of my problem:
Solaris client (2.6/2.7./2.8) has mounted an NFS export to /mnt1.

>From one terminal I run mkfile 50m 50m From another terminal I run "ls -al" - ls hangs
and does not show output until "mkfile" is done.

A truss shows that "ls" hangs on "lstat64()" call.
If I mount the Export again to /mnt2, and run mkfile on /mnt1 , and than run "ls" in /mnt2 - there is no delay.
If I run "mkfile" on one Solaris client, and than "ls" on another client - no delay.
HP,AIX,Linux - no delays.

I have found similar reports on google, but no replies to them. Did anyone see
this behaviour before? Are there any solutions to it?
