Dear Gurus and Gurettes,
I have a friend having a problem with a few of his Netra's, and I have never
worked with them. I was hoping someone in the group could lend some advice.
He is trying to replace the I/O interface board. He said there is no
documentation anywhere that he can find to help him out. Sunsolve and all
other avenues have led him to beg to all his buddies in the business.
Does anyone know the correct way to replace this? He said it not as easy as
it sounds because he cannot figure out the correct way to remove the old
board without breaking some of the components.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and will summarize even
if it is just remove the screw...
