CDE and Tool Talk

Dear Managers,

Let me start of by admitting that i dont know much about CDE.
I dont like the interface or the understanding about how it works, from
what i have heard from others, it isnt exactly the best thing out there.

Most of us here generally use FVWM and pine/mutt(for email), but some
users like CDE and use dtmail for email.

I commented out the "Sun ToolTalk Database Server" in /etc/inetd.conf, but
kept

dtspc stream tcp nowait root /usr/dt/bin/dtspcd /usr/dt/bin/dtspcd
(which i thought was needed for subprocess control in cde, didnt realize
the tool talk is needed)

Now i am unable to log into CDE or start dtmail on this machine

So i uncommented out the Sun Tooltalk Server, HUP'ed inetd, that didnt
work, so i rebooted the machine(read this on comp.unix.solaris)

The error i get now is about "Tool Talk not initialized, and that i need
to run /usr/dt/bin/ttsession"

Any help, pointers will be much appreciated.

Many Thanks.
