Multiple IP Addresses to same DISPLAY

I have a need to run multiple versions of a product using unique IP Address
but require any XTerms or Graphical Processes to be executed on
my actually Desktop (my IP) is it possible to have multiple unique IP
Addresses which run Xterms on the same Desktop.

I appreciate any advice on how this is possible or examples
