Start Up Script not Running

Hi All, I try to start WebLogic at system start up.
I run a script /etc/rc3.d/S991appscript which
should start the application with a command line
like this:su - username -c "command_to_start_application"However, the
WebLogic is not started.
More than that, after the system reboots, a
ps -ef shows that S991appscript is still
running. If I manually run the script
/etc/rc3.d/S991appscript it finishes without any problem
and WebLogic is started. What am I missing when the script is started
automatically at system start up?How can I redirect the standard output
and error
of the /etc/rc3.d/S991appscript to a log file
like /tmp/S991appscript in order to see what's
wrong? TIA,
Marco
