How to get a Sunsolve account for home use?

I have a friend who just bought an Ultra 60 from a
third party in EBay for home use to learn about
Solaris. He would like to find out how to get a
Sunsolve account so that he can get the latest kernel
patches, etc... from Sun. He does not
want to buy a support contract from Sun.

Is there a way to get a Sunsolve account for a home
system without going thru the contract support issue
with Sun which is really meant for business customers?
Does anybody know how much it costs if user only has
one desktop or is it free to home user? Is there a
phone number to call?
