d80 RAID shows .

invoke:metareplace -f d80 c2t3d1s0 <new device>

As suggested by my friend I did
# metareplace -f -e d80 c2t4d1s0
then it shows OKAY for c2t4d1s0.
then i did
#metareplace -f -e d80 c2t3d1s0
Thinking that that will come to OKAY state.
but now I am getting metastat o/p like this.

again i did metareplace -f -e d80 c2t3d1s0 but it is not coming to
okay state.
Now i noticed c2t4d1s0 harddisk is having some bad sectors logged
into /var/adm/messages.
data is critical how to restore this RAID.I need to change the
harddisk c2t4d1s0 bcos it is having bad sectors.
The capacity of harddisk 1.05 GB ,if 1.05 GB is not availble shall
i put a higher capacity harddisk on this RAID config??
