Hi,
I'm using Veritas vxvm to mirror rootvol. I want to break the mirror, make
some changes, test, and if succesfull, re-sync the mirror.
I can do this using vxplex det rootvol-02
Also with vxmend off rootvol-02
But this "break" is not useful because I can not boot from the mirror (in
case the tests fail, I want to go back to the mirror and sync back to the
rootdisk)
When I try to boot from the rootmirror, I get the following:
Rebooting with command: boot vx-rootmirror
Firmware Password:
Boot device: /sbus@69,0/QLGC,isp@1,10000/sd@0,0:a File and args:

Please boot from one of the following disks:
Disk: rootdisk Device: c0t0d0s2
vxvm:vxconfigd: ERROR: System startup failed
syncing file systems... done

Can anybody help? Is there a way to do this besides physically
disconnecting the mirror disk?
Thanx,
_Johan
