SunPCI II SODIMM Memory question...

Hello All,

I just got myself a new SunPCI-II card (not the II Pro, I got the plain
SunPCI-II 600Mhz version but for a fraction of the price) for my SunBlade
2000.
I also got two 256MB SODIMM's for SunPCI-II from Dataram. Everything is
working fine and I even installed an OS (XP but will scrap it) into the
card except this:
When the SunPCI boots up, it only recognizes 256MB+128MB instead of 2*256MB.
(Yes, I checked the Dataram part numbers, they are identical).

Before I start debugging this.. Has anyone seen something like this? My
concern
is that it could be the SODIMM slot on the SunPCI card instead of a bad
SODIMM.

Is there a way to tell without having to pull the card, remove the rams, boot
the machine, boot SunPCI, etc.. start over.

Thanks for reading,

Vincent S. Cojot
