SUMMARY: Sol9 : df reports double my swap size!

Thanks all for the very numerous replies, and sorry if this was an often
addressed question on this forum.

The answers I received were pretty much all the same, all saying that
there is no error in df's output and that the problem is in my
understanding of the meaning of the values being displayed...

One clear response, hoping it is correct :), goes:

----------------------------------
Nothing wrong. Type tmpfs file systems include *ALL* virtual
memory (VM) in the system, not just swap disk.

So the size column of your file system is:

    (total swap disk)
  + (total RAM)
  - (total VM used by kernel, processes, I/O buffering)

It would be nice if everything involved with tmpfs was a little more
obvious about that, I agree.
