SOLVED: setup_install_server fails - ERROR: Copy of CD image failed

Hello again all.

Thanks to everyone who made suggestions on my problem with
setup_install_server which helped me to resolve the problem quickly. I
was able to get around the errors by running setup_install_server during
hours when no users were logged into the box. I also set the target
path to be another file system which no applications use when running.
I have much less free space on there, but it was enough to get me going.
