I get an error /tmp file system full on an Ultra 60 with solaris 2.8

following is the error

tmpfs: [ID 518458 kern.warning] WARNING: /tmp: File sys

Sep 29 03:50:30 iidcs035 cron[199]: [ID 494503 user.error] clnt_dg_create:

I have tried increasing the swap to 2GB by adding a swap file to the
existing 1GB of swap memory, but it didn't work out.

Can any one throw some light on this.
