(OK, tried this a few times, got zero responses, another try)
Checked the heck out of google.com and sun.com, but can't find anything
related to this:
Does anyone have any experience (or knowledge, or rumors) with doing
custom '.cfg' files for smartcards, so that alternative smartcards can be
used with a SunRay? Specifically, we've got drawers of DirectTV and Dish
Network smart cards lying around, and the SunRay server is showing that
the card is readable, but we have no way of figuring out what the serial
number of that card is, and/or how to find that serial number out (memory
location, etc).
If anyone has any past experience with smarts cards, SunRays, etc, please
feel free to offer input.
