4500 Disk Board issue

I have a Sun 4500 6cpu/4gb ram system which seems to have lost its
Drives. The system was running fine about 4 months ago and at some
point it was brought down to cannibalize 2 JNI Gbics. After that the
system sat powered down until 2 weeks ago when I attempted to boot it.
The following is part of the post does anyone have any ideas as to why
the disks are being recognized at boot but not by format?
Also I tried to do a fresh Solaris install and that as well found no
disks. I see the warning about dynamic reconfiguration and the
firmware. Should I just upgrade the firmware and run a boot -r?

Thanks

Chris
