ftp and umasks

Hi List,

I have a group that ftps files around quite a bit and needs the permissions
to be set to 664 (rw-rw-r--)....
Files are created with 644 (rw-r--r--).... How can I se tthe umask for
their group (all are members of a
unique group) so that they will create files with these permissions????
