Hi,

I would like to have some opinions / suggestions on some sendmail(the one provided by SUN) imlementation issues, that we have, they are

(1).Is there a way ( either in sendmail or the Solaris OS) to detect spoofed e-mail addresses and deny them to be sent out(from port 25 or any other means). As we all know the program "sendmail" itself and other mailers like "mailx" have capabilties of spoofing the addresses very easily.

I was looking for configuration changes either from the sendmail side or any other system changes that might be useful.

(2). Are there any good free antispam S/W's compatible with Solaris. I would be glad if anybody is willing to share their experiences good / bad in deploying such antispam S/W.

Thanks and Will summarize,
