Some Hitachi engineers installing a 9200 on one of our systems convinced one of our admins to comment out the target=0 lun=0 line from the sd.conf file (That is our root disk). The disk is encapsulated with Veritas Foundation Suite. The system panics on boot up with an error about not being able to mount root.
Any ideas?
